Here is yesterday’s email;
As stated in the email, the “Peaceful Fight” is over, as of today. But do not worry, I am not going anywhere 🙂
The GGwarrior.com project was a 5 month project, starting from March 13, and ending at today, August 13, 2020.
Each month represented a classical element.
At the beginning of the fight (March 2020), you were still using UPS, and you were not using their Carbon Neutral Service. However, you changed your carrier to DHL, and again, on behalf on mother nature, I would like to thank you. Now, your products are shipped with DHL’s lovely electric cars, and sometimes with electric bikes (in the Netherlands).
You still LOVE plastic.
You also launched the first “sustainable” collection, Off The Grid. However, you ship that collection with plastic, and this is not correct. Also, to be honest, most of the products from the collection includes leather trim, and I also do not understand the point of that.
The “real” sustainable product in the collection is, the following shoe, because it does not contain any leather.
Stop Using Plastic, Gucci!
