Good Job Saint Laurent, for making a difference. Considering the fact that the items are not fragile, you do not really need AIRplus Bio, too, and still, FSC Paper is a better choice. Also, you covered the envelope with plastic. That is absolutely unnecessary.

One more thing, you can change your packaging tape to a paper one.

This order came with plastic. Please Stop Using plastic. Today, I also received an order from YSL (Order 1406Z414920158, See the next post) . As of June 2020, Saint Laurent use UPS in their shipping.

As of June 2020, Gucci now use DHL. For the first time, your order came with DHL instead of UPS.

So in this case, the previous email chain regarding the UPS is now obsolete. So in this case, a new query emerges.

Gucci now use DHL instead of UPS. Therefore, I would like to know if Gucci is interested in DHL’s GOGREEN SOLUTIONS.

However, still 2 issues;

1- Gucci Loves Plastic. Online orders come with plastic. This shall stop ASAP. Simply waiting till 2030 is not acceptable, not enough, and not sustainable!

2- CEO Carbon Neutral Challenge. Gucci uses UPS. But Gucci does not use Carbon Neutral Service provided by UPS due to Kering’s decisions. Gucci shall consider having this service even though it might cost more.

💜; The pictures are related to the backpack. It was too painful to unbox it. It can even be renamed as “Gucciplastic Techno Canvas”. I prefer to get an intact box from a Gucci Boutique instead of having it shipped from Italy. That would be an unnecessary burden to the environment, not to mention the unnecessary shipping cost to Gucci. So if the store agrees, I would prefer to get from them.

💙; In the picture at Gucci.com, the buckles of the bag was not covered with plastic. But, they were also covered with white ugly Gucciplastic. Please see the blue GG in the picture. Here is the picture for your convenience. Please, please, please just cover it with paper!

💚; The labels that are attached to the scarves has a potential to damage the product. This was the case with the Kingsnake scarf. Thanks to the Amsterdam DeBijenkorf Boutique, they fixed it instantly. However, it also happened with the GG Psychedelic scarf. Please also consider doing something related to the labels. See Green GG.
