However, this order came with plastic.

Therefore, it will be returned.

No exceptions.

If the order comes with plastic, and if it comes from Gucci;

1-Plastic will be kept.

2-It will be exchanged if it is available at the physical store.

3- If it is not available, it will be returned.

If the order comes with plastic (including Bioplastic, compostable plastic, AIRplus Bio etc.), and if it comes from a fashion company (not Gucci);

1- Plastic will be kept.

2- It will be returned.

This order did NOT come with plastic 🥳

However 2 remarks;

1- GG Psychedelic Collection always come with a pink ribbon.
2- GG Psychedelic Collection always come with a lovely colorful Psychedelic bag.

But beside that, the order did not contain plastic! Congratulations!

Gucci Order #NL4468080601

Surprisingly, this order came with AIRplus Bio plastic. Thus, we can not return it.

Good Job Saint Laurent, for making a difference. Considering the fact that the items are not fragile, you do not really need AIRplus Bio, too, and still, FSC Paper is a better choice. Also, you covered the envelope with plastic. That is absolutely unnecessary.

One more thing, you can change your packaging tape to a paper one.

This order came with plastic. Please Stop Using plastic. Today, I also received an order from YSL (Order 1406Z414920158, See the next post) . As of June 2020, Saint Laurent use UPS in their shipping.

As of June 2020, Gucci now use DHL. For the first time, your order came with DHL instead of UPS.

So in this case, the previous email chain regarding the UPS is now obsolete. So in this case, a new query emerges.

Gucci now use DHL instead of UPS. Therefore, I would like to know if Gucci is interested in DHL’s GOGREEN SOLUTIONS.

However, still 2 issues;

1- Gucci Loves Plastic. Online orders come with plastic. This shall stop ASAP. Simply waiting till 2030 is not acceptable, not enough, and not sustainable!

2- CEO Carbon Neutral Challenge. Gucci uses UPS. But Gucci does not use Carbon Neutral Service provided by UPS due to Kering’s decisions. Gucci shall consider having this service even though it might cost more.

A lovely collection, with a lovely idea. Good job! However, you should also stop using plastic in your online orders. Also you should not cover the buckles of the bags with plastic, just cover it with paper.
